You will need

Rinse the meat thoroughly in cold water. On all sides rub mustard , put in a pan, cover and leave for 2-3 hours. After that, you can start preparing it.

A piece of meat well washed with running water, fill in red wine , optionally add a variety of spices, thyme or rosemary, for example. Leave on for about 1-2 hours. Such meat is better to use for frying .

Put the washed piece of meat in a pan , pour pomegranate juice and soak for about 1-2 hours.

Soak the meats to remove the bad odor for 3 hours in a weak solution of potassium permanganate, then wash in cold water and start cooking.

Rinse the meat thoroughly on all sides, first with plenty of sugar and then with salt and let it lie for about 30-40 minutes. Then rinse the meat piece well in cold water.

Prepare a weak chamomile broth and cool. Thoroughly washed meat, pour this broth, add a small amount of sugar and let stand for about 20-30 minutes. Rinse the meat in salted water before cooking.
