You will need
  • Large oranges, 2 pcs. .
  • Chilled boiled water (or filtered) 4 l;
  • Sugar 400 g;
  • Citric acid (powder) 1 tsp no top
Pour oranges with boiling water, wipe and put in the freezer for 2 hours.
Cut the oranges into slices, pass them through the meat grinder (!). Pour the mixture with water (1 l), let it brew for 10 minutes. Drain the mixture first through a colander (it will hold large pieces), then through a sieve.
Add another 3 liters of water, sugar and citric acid to the strained juice. We mix until the crystals of sugar and acid dissolve, pour into bottles and let it brew for about an hour before use.
