  • any meat - 500 gr;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • water - 1 cup;
  • onion - 1 pc .;
  • rice - half a glass;
  • salt - 1 pinch;
  • flour - 5 tbsp. l .;
  • black pepper - 1 pinch;
  • cooking oil;
  • tomato paste - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • lavrushka - 1 pc.

Stuffing can be made from any kind of meat: beef, pork, chicken or a mixture of some of these ingredients. Salt, add pepper or any other seasonings as desired. When scrolling through a meat grinder, you can add a bulb to the mincemeat for juiciness. Break the egg into the meat and mix.

Rinse the rice and add to the minced meat. Mix everything thoroughly. Form small balls. Roll them in flour. Warm vegetable oil in a deep pan, put meat balls there. It is not necessary to cover the lid during frying. Pull the finished balls onto paper towels to remove excess oil. Then transfer them to the pan, pour water into it, add salt, tomato paste and bay leaf. If desired, other spices can be added: basil, thyme, peppercorns, etc. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer for about twenty minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes, vegetables, buckwheat or pea porridge.

  • garlic - 1 clove;

  • paprika - 1 pinch;
  • salt to taste.

In a deep frying pan, pour a couple of drops of oil, heat and put finely chopped garlic in it. Fry lightly, then add tomato paste, then darken for a couple of minutes. At this time, you can do rice. It needs to be washed, dried and only then added to tomato paste. Salt, add paprika or any other spices. Fry for a couple of minutes. Pour water into the pan: its volume should be twice the amount of rice. Stir, cover. Simmer on low heat for about half an hour. As a rule, rice is not stirred at the time of cooking.
